On 24 March, the Summit on Insurance Information Technology 2017 was jointly organized by China Information Industry Association and China Financial CIO Union, and co-organized by Ftimes Info in Beijing. The 2017 China Insurance Industry Information Contest carried out at the summit finally selected 13 outstanding awards, 22 innovation awards and 7 breakthrough awards. The Intelligent Underwriting Rules Engine of China Re Life (the “IURE”) of China Re Life was granted the “2017 Outstanding Informatization Project Awards for China Insurance Industry”.
The IURE is the first Chinese whole-process intelligent underwriting system independently developed by China Re Life, which fully reflects the reinsurance risk management concept. In participating in the election, a series of achievements made by the project in terms of technical routes, return rates, promotion and application, enhancement of the Company’s core competence and third party institutions’ assessment of the implementation effect of projects are explained in detail, and won the recognition of the members of the selection committee of the organization committee.
The IURE was granted the “2017 Outstanding Informatization Project Awards for China Insurance Industry” in recognition of its business innovation capabilities and technical prowess of solving the traditional problems of insurance industry with new technologies, thereby advocating the underwriting concept of China Re Life, enhancing the brand influence of the Company and having a great advertising effect for promoting the IUES to the primary insurance companies.
